At AppleOne Early Learning Centre, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in our fee payment and refund processes. This policy outlines the conditions under which fee cancellations and refunds may be considered.
Fee Payment Confirmation
All online fee payments made through our portal using payment aggregators (Razorpay, UPI) are confirmed only after successful transaction processing. Once a payment is successful, a digital receipt is automatically generated and emailed/available for download.
Cancellation Policy

Once a fee payment is completed and a receipt is issued, cancellation is not permitted automatically.

Cancellations can be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payments

Payment made for the wrong academic year/session

Admission withdrawal before commencement of classes (on a case-by-case basis)

To request a cancellation, email accounts@appleoneelc.in within 7 days of the payment date along with payment details and reason.
Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved by the school administration, are subject to the following terms:

Duplicate or excess payments will be fully refunded upon verification.

Admission withdrawal before the academic session starts may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting administrative fees.

No refund will be provided:

Once the student has attended any classes or orientation

For mid-year withdrawal or absence

For non-academic charges (stationery, uniforms, etc.) unless explicitly stated

Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days after approval and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
