At AppleOne Early Learning Centre, we are committed to offering affordable, high-quality early childhood education. This Pricing Policy outlines our principles and procedures related to fee structure, payment methods, and related services.
Fee Structure Transparency
All program fees are clearly structured and communicated to parents at the time of admission.
Detailed information on tuition, admission, annual charges, optional services, and payment schedules will be made available through the portal (https://school.appleoneelc.in).
Any revisions to the fee structure will be informed in advance and displayed on the portal and/or official noticeboard.
Inclusive and Optional Charges
Our pricing includes:
Tuition Fees based on the program and age group
One-time Admission/Registration Fees (non-refundable)
Annual/Term-Based Charges for resources, activity kits, etc.
Optional Charges such as transportation, uniforms, or daycare services
Parents can opt in or out of optional services based on their needs.
Payment Schedule and Modes
Fees can be paid annually or in easy installments as per the communicated schedule.
Payments must be made by the due dates to avoid late fees.
Accepted payment methods include:
Online payment via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.)
Direct bank transfer (for special cases, with prior approval)
Cash or cheque payments are not encouraged for security reasons
Late Payment Charges
A late fee may be levied if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
Repeated delays may result in temporary suspension of student access to portal features, participation in activities, or academic record issuance.
Discounts & Concessions
Special discounts (e.g., sibling discount or early payment discount) may be offered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the school administration.
Any discount applied will be recorded and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Non-Refundable Components
Admission/registration fees are non-refundable.
No refund is provided for mid-term withdrawals, absenteeism, or missed services (e.g., missed transport days).

Pricing Policy Changes
We reserve the right to revise the fee structure, payment terms, or service charges. Any such changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the official communication channels (email, portal, SMS, Whatsapp or printed circular).
